Additional Lodging in the Berkley Springs, WV Area

Please read the following important information regarding lodging reservations and payment.

Requested Information for AMAAB Lodging Reservations at Cacapon State Park
  • 1) A valid credit card will be required for making reservations. If more than one person is staying in a room or cabin, we will need a 'rooming list' (see below) with the name, address and phone number for each person who will be lodging at the park. Please indicate on the list if only one receipt is needed or if individuals will be paying and requiring individual receipts. Rooming lists are used not only for billing but so the lodge can notify an individual of any emergency calls they receive for that individual. Any changes to your rooming list must be noted at check-in.

  • Fax or mail your list to the lodge 30 days before your arrival.

    2) If individual bills are needed each person needing a bill must come personally to the desk upon arrival and again at checkout. A credit card must be given for each individual needing a bill. If only 1 card is received, that individual will be charged for the entire cost of a room/cabin regardless of the number of individuals in the room/cabin.

  • 3) Anyone who has made a reservation and cannot attend must call to cancel their reservation 48 hours in advance of the date they are to arrive. Note: you will be charged appropriately if you do not attend and you have not canceled your reservation. We thank you for your cooperation in helping us with the information that will provide a better system that will benefit your group as well as ours.
